Locale Maroochydore

Ascent Building Solutions was commissioned by a prominent Sunshine Coast-based construction company to supply and install roofing for a new townhouse complex, Locale Maroochydore. Spanning over 4000 square meters, the project involved the installation of Colorbond® Stratco Smartspan roofing for the main roofs and Bondor Solarspan insulated roof sheets for the lower patio and carport roofs. The utilization of Colorbond® and Solarspan materials aimed to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the townhouse complex, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and a clean appearance with minimal framing.
